Projects From the 2004-2005 School Year

Rotary Speech Contest

Rotary is sponsoring a speech contest for high school students. For this contest students must create a speech demonstrating how Rotary's four way test may be applied to a certain subject. Contact Ms. Hawkins if you're interested in participating!

Farmers Market Carousel

As a fundraiser, we ran the Farmers Market Carousel for a few hours on august 11th.

On October second, we helped the Rotary clubs repaint the Carousel.

Tsunami Fundraiser

YEEP Lamp Exchange

On September 18th, several interactors helped out at the Yolo county energy efficiency project's torchiere exchange.

Blood Drive

On November 5th, Interact sponsored a blood source blood drive.

Pioneer Elementary School Volunteering

Interactors, there are several after school community service opportunites this semester at Pioneer. You can help out with a book club on tuesday's from 2-3pm or a home work club once a month on thursday's from 3:15-4pm.
